I had engaged another scrap metal company for a time critical project, who on Day 1 completly let us down. By 10am i had found Norstar online and James was incredibly helpfull. We had the project back on track with Norstar in less than 24hrs. Great to work with and will only use them again going forward
Absolutely love coming to Norstar, the girls on the weigh bridge are absolutely awesome especially the short haired one. Any problems can be solved very quickly and the girls are always very happy to help.
Called at 950am and pick up was before 1030. Answered ph straight away and got an instant call from the driver. Highly professional and recommened.
all i called to ask was if the scrap metal was the same price per tonne at laverton branch as it is at there bayswater branch!! all i got back was a sour old cranking woman on the other end almost having a go at me!! very dissapointed with the customer service and would think a company of its size wouldnt employ such rude and unhelpfull people to work in a admin position. will never take my scrap metal to norstar again. simz metals are the go always so helpfull and kind nothing is ever a drama with simz
