Good location, lots of car parks, playground swings, and many for all the kids and big kids and disabilities. There are 3 BBQ areas with shade, tables, and chairs.nThere is a skateboard area too. There's a field for kicking a ball or play touch. walking and running ‍ around the park, there's exercise equipment and lots of trees for the breeze and many shades in a sunny nGood place for a family gathering while kids are playing. Good place for a group gathered for a game. Good place for just relaxing and having a romantic lunch under beautiful huge trees or just for a run and jogging ‍ for the day : The park is easy to spot from the main road. We did a have a great fun day! We love visiting different playgrounds. This one is close to home. Highly recommended.
Our default park to go to on good weather. I initiate playdates here for my son with his friends. Very convenient and spacious. Has good play facilities too, complete with amenities gas bbq, tap water, toilets and can be great venue for family gatherings and kids’ parties. Lately we’ve been cycling as a family up to this playground which is not quite far from home 5.3km
Very nice recently redone playground. Plenty of shade and seating. A few BBQs and toilet on-site. Lots of equipment for kids to try. A skate/scooter track too.And plan for a day visit. Kids will not want to leave! Very good for picnic or bday celebration.
Such a fantastic playground we spent hours here and could have stayed longer! So much for the kids to do.nnIt would be perfect if there was a coffee shop or coffee cart for the mums!
One of our favourite, regular walks is along the creek paths that also passes through Norris bank playground area. It's a well kept, usually clean and tidy and makes for a nice rest break. It's popular and often busy with family play picnic & covered BBQ amenities, toilet block and baby change area.sometimes out of toilet paper. There's a big range of different play equipment, including flying fox, skateboard area, climbing, swings, slides, mini tramp, a water play area, trees to play around, open grass oval. The only thing missing is a place to buy a coffee & snack. A coffee van would probably do good business here on weekends as there seems to be no other option available
