First time here with my young family and we loved it. Clean, sandy, weed free beach. Very short walk from carpark to beach. Little jetty is cute. Very family friendly beach. 4x4 access further down the beach is good as its away from the carparking and where most families are setup on the beach. Unfortunately kiosk has shut down. 31 jetty Cafe is only a short walk away.
This beach was absolutely pumping when we got there to visit. Unfortunately it was so packed that we didn't get to spend much time in the water. There were many carparks at the beach and near on-street parking. This beach seems to be very popular for 4wds to setup up camp and looks like there was some 4wd dunes a bit further down the beach to go Yeehaw! There is also a cafe near the jetty which I tried to fight people for an ice cream but lost out since more people wanted an ice cream. However, the cafes nearby had yummy scrumptious food, but you would also have to fight to get in line. Overall top notch experience! Follow and join me on my next adventure! IG: @the.koffert.kiwi
Beautiful shallow beach, loved it here. Sat with my baby with an umbrella and enjoyed the beach without worrying about my baby getting sunburnt. Great spot for everyone. The drive ontu the beach is only to disembark or load your boat. Vehicles not allowed to be parked on the beach. You can however drop your family and stuff and then park your car in the car park and bring car again to pick up family once done. More work for the driver
This beach is beautiful! It’s very clean and the water is very clear. Easy to access and decent facilities around
Clean and beautiful beach. A bit crowded on public holidays more so than other beaches in Adelaide
This beach is always so beautiful clean and not too busy. Good food nearby but also areas to sit with your own food. Nice walk along the boardwalk to the beach.
This is one of my favourite places to go when I go to South Australia, it was a wet, rainy day but still beautiful.
The only place i saw kids playing around, they were so happy so and i perfect place for lunch in nature, so just bring som sandwiches with you and you'll get all other beautiful feelings out there
Toilets, cafe, clean safe seating green grass dog friendly and sometimes you get to see a seal
very beautiful beach, also a great spot to sit on the spongy grass and enjoy the view.
