A Nite @ ‘The Garro’  Another great Friday Nite at ‘The Garro’.  Long time Military Member ‘Andrew Thommo Thompson was awarded his full patch tonight, congratulations Brother, well deserved.  We also became a Townsville stockist for the Spinifex Brewing Co F88 Lager.  Spinifex Brewing Co is a Veteran and Indigenous owned Brewery and we are now onboard as proud supporters. Stewart is condescending, abrupt and insensitive. I strongly do not recommend his services for memorial pieces and urn engravings. To lead a customer to tears in a store front whilst co ordinating an urn engraving of a loved one's ashes is utterly repulsive. A complete dis-service to those whom are navigating through a time of trauma and sorrow.

While the overall product and turn around time was good, I have never been made feel like such an inconvenience. You are there to provide a service and no customer should ever be made feel this way. Not sure how you get repeat business with such arrogance and a condescending attitude.

Stewart was great to deal with, and he was able to personalise a crystal whiskey decanter for me while no one else could or was willing to. Not that this company was my last choice- it’s just a little far from where I live. Highly recommend this place. They do excellent work!

Stewart is the best! The only place in Noosa that does one off embroidery.  Best service in town. Don't go anyway else.
