I recently last Saturday did a morning half-day private charter with Jimmy on Noosa River Fishing Safaris boat as part of a group of 8 including my 20yo son, my daughter’s 19yo boyfriend, my father-in-law, brother-in-law, and 2 mates with one of their sons. We set out at 7am and Jimmy quickly and adeptly used his bait cast net to fill his live bait well and we boated off to the first spot. Arlo the 7yo was the first to catch a fish about 10 minutes into the trip and he caught the most fish of the day. We caught a lot of different species and the flathead were plentiful! I was lucky enough to catch nice Golden Trevalley which we thought was the fish of the day. Jimmy provided rods, bait including put it on if you wanted, drinks, a great morning tea which was enjoyed by all and great tips and banter! This was an excellent experience and we will be back!
We had a fantastic time with Jimmy . The children had a great time with the catch of the fishes . Noosa River Fishing 5 stars .

Great experience for myself wife and kids caught several species of fish and took home 4 good fish for the day was worth the price kids were helped all day and re baited and casted for which freed up time for the adults to actually have a go

Went out early with my Dad and brother. Was a superb vessel, great customer service from Jim. A perfect example of a business owner that understands how to delight his customers. Caught some awesome fish and even have a good feed for dinner. Will be back for sure.
This trip was fantastic and great value for money. We took our 5yo who caught his first and plenty more fish. Jimmy was easy going, patient and a great host. An awesome family experience. Will probably do it again next time here.

Fantastic two hour safari with my son 14 yr old. 'Jimmy' has excellent experience and is very professional to deal with. He knows all the good spots and keeps moving until the fish start biting. Highly recommended if you are considering a fishing trip on the river. Good luck :
Jimmy and his Noosa River Fishing Safari came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. We a family of five with three kids 10, 8 and 4 with little fishing experience. We chose the private 3 hour tour and we had an absolute blast. The kids caught 2-3 fish each and Jimmy was a great guide, taking us to the best spots and helping the kids with their lines and giving them info on each fish they caught. We spent 14 days in Noosa and this was our highlight. Thanks Jimmy, well definitely be back again soon
