Amazingly efficient reception staff. I deal with a lot of doctors appointments and the team at Noosa Radiology made all of paperwork from my end easy and then sent on X-rays and scans for me with a prompt pleasant attitude. Nothing was a problem.nnPlus, the dude in the X-ray room gave me a blanket. It was comphy.
Highly recommend Noosa Radiology. Have been here many times, but was having my first CT scan and was so nervous. From the front desk staff, the lady who took me to the waiting room and the staff that did my scan, all are amazing. Everything is thoroughly explained, and I didn't even feel the needle going in for my IV. Have been to other places on the coast, but this place has the most friendly and professional staff around.
Every single member of the team has been exceptional. Not just polite but genuinely helpful, kind and friendly all 3 times I’ve been and they did their best to set me at ease when I was anxious and in severe pain.nnUnsure why they’ve got such a low rating when they’re literally the best I’ve been to. I live in Redlands Bay Area Brisbane and Northern Beaches Sydney and genuinely prefer their service. I’ve had a CT scan in May and 2 ultrasounds shoulder and pelvic just 2 weeks ago on separate days.nnHighly recommend and will be booking my whole body Nuclear medicine scan with them on my next trip up the coast. Thank you to the whole team.

Visiting from interstate & needing an appt which I got within a week. All staff & doctors were wonderful/extremely professional/prompt! I'm so impressed, it was not as streamlined in Melbourne where I had my previous ultrasound/injections.
