Very happy with the shop’s customer service. We dealt with Danielle who was thoughtful and very helpful. She helped us with the exchange of our boy’s 2-month-old school jacket. She also helped us with few purchases in the past. She knew what we need. Thanks again.
Always a great experience at the Ivanhoe store, the staff members are so polite, kind, patient and knowledgable. Store is always so clean and tidy too. on Saturday I believe I was assisted by Naz and she was just an angel.
Poor inventory levels so never seem to have the sizes you need which means you have to go multiple times. They never seem to have enough staff on, so when you return to get your order it takes a long time to pick it up. Also they seem to encounter some sort of computer error on their end often, which results in us having to hang around longer than necessary.nI feel sorry for some of the staff, who are lovely. The management, processes and systems let them down. Hopefully we never have to go back.
Friendly and helpful. Fitting service was great, fitted my son knowing he will grow but not with overly larger uniform. Also did recommend small quantity’s, again as they will grow out of them.
Great and hard working staff, always have a great experience in store, even when it’s busy they are so patient and nice. Uniform is of great quality too. Keep up the good work!
