Very disappointing customer service. I was there today and there were 4 workers one customer walked in before me and he got served by one of the girls I stood there to wait my turn one worker  after finishing a purchase told me one second she goes off to the other 2 ladies that work there and starts chatting with them. I waited for at least 10  to 15 mins where all I needed was one pair of pants while 3 of them did a one women job. The one that told me she will be a second never came back remind you there was only 2 people in store.  Their customers come first is a total lie, I could of got the pants myself and paid for it by the time anyone served me. Very rude and poor customer service! This isn’t the first time I had bad experience there either. When I was first purchasing uniform for my daughter I told the lady what sizes I needed and every time she kept bringing me the wrong sizes it was frustrating and totally a waste of my time. They should really consider changing their employees. No wonder they have a sign up saying that customers should treat the employees with respect where as the workers have zero respect are rude and completely don’t listen. Practice what you preach!

Horrendous customer service. The world's most inefficient store.  An assistant was called over to give opinion on shorts for Berwick Secondary College. She girl was doing sign language to her hearing-impaired mother. The assistance said - "will you be going to NORMAL school". And then continued to speaking quickly as the girl tried to keep up signing to her mother. NORMAL SCHOOL - OMG!  They wander around trying to find the uniforms because none of the shelves are labelled. Maybe label the shelves? "No - we can find everything - it's just my first day". Hmmm.  No self-service allowed. Apparently people "get things wrong all the time" and such can't be trusted to select the correct uniform - that literally has the name of the school on it! Imagine if the shelves were labelled - might be easier!  So you have a shop full of people in line looking at a shop full of customer service people standing in front of a change room waiting. Maybe it's a COVID thing - but they put the line right in front of the door as people have to squeeze past coming in and out.  Asked if we need to pick up in store or if online orders can be delivered - "oh we don't deliver" So we have to pick up in store? "No you can get it posted". So you do deliver "we don't HAND DELIVER" WOW.  But - they have no competition so being absolutely useless, inefficient and moderately discriminatory is just fine - you can't go anywhere else!

Great first time experience. Staff were friendly and efficient and love their layby system. So user friendly.

Great service, very helpful,did not have any problem finding the right size, they even let you know what to get and what you need to gey later on.

They will do better to learn how to speak to customers... The women in the store are rude and abrupt. They need to give space to the parents for making decisions and not speak over them. The receptionist or whoever it is also lacks phone manners. A few girls out there are off course very sweet and helpful .....But the majority of the time the feeling you get is off an overbearing kind and  funnily as if they are the acting presidents of a military operation : ..Its just uniform and inventory .. you can't be that harrid and busy with serving the customers who pay for these uniforms.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out and praise to your staff member Kerrieane.  Kerrieane has gone above and beyond to help us out with our daughters uniform.  We met her on Saturday and she was just incredible, so helpful and friendly.  A real credit to Noone and Beaconhills.  Well done Kerrieane.

Again, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Staff think they have the most important job in the world. At the end of the day you are there to provide customer service, that’s the one job you have! Rude staff, talk to people like dirt. Staff need training on how to communicate effectively. The shop wasn’t even busy today and still staff act as if they are under huge pressure. Uniforms also extremely overpriced in comparison to Beleza. I wish our school didn’t have to trade through them

Very helpful  kids friendly staff. Understands what parents are looking for.
