I really want to support the new owners, as I've been coming here for years, but the quality and flavour of the food is really ordinary. Zero flavour, meat has a lot of gristle in it, and its just not what it used to be. I've tried a few times now, but won't be going back. Sorry.

Ordered online, order said it would be ready at 6.10pm walked in asked the man and he ignored me. So I sat down after waiting until 6.45pm I asked where my order was. I showed her my phone and she kept saying we don’t have that order. Then I proceeded to show her my Pay Pal, they had totally missed my order. I asked for money back and she said sorry we can’t do that. The shop was full of people, clearly they can’t handle many orders and also have so many online options. Really disappointed at the service.

We get at least once a fortnight from here and the service is excellent, the food is delicious and it's very well priced! Highly recommend!!! The Pad Thai and special fried rice is usually our go-to meal!Food: 5/5

This not what I expected in my Thai beef salad.... a note of beef not appetising... I do love Noots however

Have been here many times and the food is always fresh, flavoursome and large portions. Staff are also friendly!
