I’m disappointed I asked for mild hot box to take away x2. It was so hot I could barley eat it I forced myself because I was hungry and just paid over $30 for it. This is the second time it has happened and believe me I won’t be coming back. What happened to the old guy that used to be there running it? He cooked it perfect not like now.
Ordered honey chicken with noodles and payed for extra chicken , I got 4 medium pieces which would have been the equivalent of a standard size with no extra , have had in different city’s and this wasn’t similar at all , not crunchy batter , soggy and wet , minimal sauce . I called and got told this is normal and how they do it . Would rate a half star if I could , 100% won’t go back .
Such a waste of money $16.50 for a waterdown tasting broth mixed with some old scraps of veges so disappointing

This place has gone downhill. Used to be a regular lunch spot but not anymore. Starting with 5 stars like other restaurants. But -0.5 stars with the noisy fans and unwelcoming atmosphere, but it’s a takeaway. Then minus another star for poor service - we waited 25 minutes for our meals and the place was dead, the guy at the till did not understand what we wanted and the order wasn’t right - it was supposed to be spicy Sambal fried rice but tasted of the earth - bland. Guy seemed clueless and unwelcoming. The food was alright, but not great. Someone ordered the sambal fried rice and it was 90% rice and 10% chicken and vegetables with no flavour. I ordered the honey chicken fried rice, and it was alright. So minus 1 star. Then the big issue - their food safety certificate was reasonably outdated. So there’s another 1.5 star. Not horrible, but not good at all
One of the guys had disappeared and so the one was left by himself. He ignored me and didn't take my order for 15 minutes. The other guy returned and it still took another 30 minutes to cook the food. No apology. They only had tissues instead of napkins. The Mongolian Beef had very little taste. Prices have just gone up and up at Noodle Canteen, not worth it.
Ordered Mongolian Noddles, and got Nasi Goreng. They kindly cooked another when I explained I wanted Mongolian Noodles, but it was another bowl of rice.
If you like dry noodles with no flavor, then this is the best in town!
We had honey chicken noodles and vegetables not a taste of honey at all made this dish just noodles and grated carrot 2 minute bits of broccoli for $15. 90 and I bought 2 makes it a very expensive meal mostly noodles
