While the food is good, the store is an oily mess. The floor has your feet sliding around, and there's oil everywhere with filth all over the ceiling and air vents above peoples food, but nothing to see here right ? Long time no clean.

I ordered their teriyaki noodles with chicken from Uber eats for lunch today, and when I tried it after it arrived at my house, it felt impressive because the noodles with teriyaki flavouring was very tasty, however the isssue is that the chicken with it is slightly dry and a little bit overcooked,  although other than the issue that I had with it I have to say that it was alright.

I just ordered tonight and I clearly specified how I want the plant based chicken and tofu for my meal, however, I was highly, highly disappointed and disturbed to find out that it was a meat meal, as confirmed by someone who is more familiar with real meat in my meal. This is appalling and I expected much better. I think the staff member taking my order might have been new, as he did not look like he knew what he was doing in hindsight, where the staff member next to him was trying to help him out.  I was really looking forward to trying this place, but now this left a bad taste in my mouth. This has to be one of the most consistently poor takeaway shops in Brisbane.  - Can’t get them to answer the phone - Can’t order online because it won’t let you register as it gets stuck spinning. - Overpriced for the size. - Poor quality food.  On top of all the negatives about this Noodle Box, they think a PH surcharge is justified? Absolutely not.

Order through Uber eats and the quality was very poor. Ordered chicken teriyaki. One piece of broccoli and about 4 tiny pieces of chicken. Portion size of the noodles was extremely small, didn’t even fill a small box. Way to expensive for what you get.

Worst experience. Poor service, very bad attitude from staff who were cracking jokes behind at customers, staff don't seem to care about using the different tongs for veggies, seafood, meat or noodles. Wouldn't accept Noodles Crew card, since the barcode was on my phone. The response from one of the female staff was 'We have a new system that can't scan code from mobiles or allow us to manually enter the card number, sorry about that' which would've been perfectly fine normally, untill they went on saying in a condescending tone "If you want to collect Noodlew Crew points, you should bring a physical card, otherwise... ". I seriously wonder if the store cares about customers coming back to their store.  The only saving grace was the food itself, which apparently tasted good, albeit were on the dry side. Only visited this store because it was right next to a subway where one of our kids wanted to get food from. Never coming back to this store again.  PS - I'd rather go to the Carindale store, may not be as flash but more friendly service and tasty food.

Ordered a hot an spicy noodles and specified that I would only like chicken and no pork or beef. Got given only beef and no chicken which I noticed half way towards home only to turn back to the restaurant to give it back. The guy taking the order was having his first day there and to be honest should not have been given the responsibility to take peoples orders on his first day or at least should have had someone guiding him. Overall had an average experience and yeah going to avoid it during rush times

I've been looking for a place like this. Nice tasty food. Spice level on point.  If you ask for hot you will get it. Love the food. CheersFood: 5/5

Paid for extra broccoli, carrot and beef. And while there was extra carrot and beef there was no extra broccoli. 3 pieces only was what was in the box!

Staff are always nice and help you straight away. Food is always fresh and flavourfulFood: 5/5
