This was the dirtiest place I have been rubbish everywhere , staff can’t speak English ! Meal was wrong , I ordered dine in and then they called my number . Then they said we don’t do dine in ! Here is your order in an uber bag ! I said we ordered dine in , we don’t do dine in sir ! Why have dine in on the app but they don’t do it ! Very dissatisfied customer ! Won’t be back to this place , order was completely wrong as well .
We’ve not eaten from noodle box in years, because the last taste experience we had wasn’t very good. This time however, Park Ridge had the flavours just right. Not too much, not too little in flavours. The flavours throughout each of our meals we consider just right! Portions was decent in size also. Well done to the chef. It’s not easy pleasing people. But I have to say … as a level 7 Google moderator that’s big on food. You did well. Thank you.n for the effort behind the hot flame.nWould’ve provided more stars however, the music was too loud, there was too many people behind the counter with staff roaming around aimlessly despite micro management system which lets down big time. Service was okay.
RIP OFF SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER !!! NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE !nnUsed to be the best Laksa around and other noodle dishes , NOT ANYMORE !!- Laksa is a light watery creamy colour -that tastes like VEGETABLE STOCK??????? no coconut flavour , no Asian tasting curry with shrimp paste ,lime , chilli ect half the seafood- even less noodle’s than we used to get …hubby got the usual Mongolian beef that he orders from every Asian place we go to - used to love yours - he said this is total crap -nothing like it used to be - refused to eat it … a very light brown watery liquid that tasted of nothing but over powering Chinese five spice and it was spicy which he hates ummm I thought it was supposed to be a sweet sticky soy flavour ??? - I Would tell everyone how nice their combination Chinese noodle meal was too - but that doesn’t even have the same flavour either and a large is a bit bigger than their small which they made smaller anyway !!! less meat - hardly any veg - only big pieces now is super thin dry tasteless and chewy beef - we know because we have always put the meals into the same Asian bowls and plates we have at home for years . So you can easily see the watery sauces and meal sizes and ingredients - don’t bother giving them your money !!! They obviously want to skimp and save on their meals so let them skimp and save on how many customers ….nThere’s a new five star Asian eat in / takeaway or deliver restaurant close by where the supermarkets are now - great owners , beautiful Big fresh Asian meals with heaps of Meat and Veges at a great price - also Owned and Cooked by a Lovely ASIAN CHEF - you can’t fault the service either …nAND DONT BOTHER LEAVING ME A REPLY !!!!!!!- that your sorry and please get in touch rubbish !!! Like everyone else ! You’ve had a year to rectify it by all your bad reviews -and you still look for ways to make Extra money by cutting corners - and serving us smaller portions and less tasty meals …Greedy !! you have ruined this place and their reputation
Disgusting service. Phone ordered my replacement order for 7pm keep in mind I phoned the staff at 6:15pm order was still not ready when arriving to the store right on 7pm. They infact had not started cooking my order I explained on the phone I had placed a pick up order for fish and chips at the same time and my order for that was ready but you guys can’t be on time. Did I mention the rude staff on arrival. They gave me the managers number but they don’t want to answer the phones called 4 times with NO ANSWER.
Great food, smiley staff, the only thing letting you guys down is your sticky tables, they need sanding and varnishing, the current varnish has been sticky for as long as I've been coming here.
