Food is tasteless. Tried it twice ordeing different meals but both lacked flavour. The sweet and sour actually effected my asthma which I haven't had happen in over 30 years. I order this from the Albany Creek Noodle Box and have never had a problem, and its so tasty from there too. Do yourself a favour and save your money, don't order from noodle box Nundah. Extremely disappointing.
I don't write negative reviews easily as I like to give places a couple of chances but this is absolutely the worst food that I had in Brisbane. Ordered a fried rice and it was the saltiest thing I have eaten. They don't bother flavouring food properly it seems. Just add a load of msg and the food is good to go. Please skip places like these until they get their stuff together.
Was waiting for them to prepare our food for an hour. When it came it was was warm. Tried ringing to ask what was happening multiple times and they did not answer once Instead they hung up once on me. Dissatisfied with the quality
Crazy busy store, churning out the online orders and still managed to get my annoyingly complicated order correct. Not the typical “friendly” service but the food is delish, it came out quick and that’s all that counts
Way too salty and tasted bitter. Sloppy cooked, over cooked hofan noodle. Won't recommend or come back.
Extremely rude and poor behaviour faced from the front staff side .Lady at the counter used racial language and comments. Spoke totally awkward and unprofessional behaviour . Lady serving front staff is poor example Said get lost and don't look around business these kinda words are being used and not even feeling ashamed or sorry . It's duty of staff to cater customer, delivery partner or drivers and let them know their wait time for the orders . Staff failed when asked about the same and started saying exhausted and other bad language comments . Every one is unique and must be treated fairly and with courtesy.I asked to give manager or owner contact details and denied.
Tasty, fast, fresh. I have a few times picked up a quick dinner here on a Sunday night, after a long weekend on my feet at work. Consistent yummy tummy filling meal to sit down with, when you don't want to cook. It's not going to blow you away, it's 4 stars not 5, but I've never been disappointed with my noodles and I have had probably 5ish different styles from the menu. Good value for money too. $14 - $16 for most "regular" sized serves, which is more than enough to fill me up. Cheers
Saw other reviews and reluctant. Gave it a chance and called at about 8.35pm and unavailable message so since I was close I called In. It was 8.45pm and asked for a Pad Thai and one girl said sure, the other looked at the chef and he said I'm finished. Told I couldn't have it so I asked don't you close at 9pm and was told yes but Chef is finished. Chef was behind counter in clear view clening up I said maybe the chef should finish at 9 and clean up and turn everything off then.. If you close at 9pm that is when you stop serving or change your hours.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but after contacting Nundah noodle box on several occasions and they still don’t fix it, extremely salty fried rice, it’s unedibal, so bad it goes in the bin, order from Chermside instead, it’s always good from Chermside. Nundah is my local noodle box so sometimes I can’t avoid it.. I’m sick of eating one mouthful and spitting it out, tossing in the bin.. it’s yuk!!!
The food is warm, quite tasty, but the pork isn’t fresh. But they made a big big mistake. I ordered a vegetarian fried rice, and they put pork in it ‍. For people who don’t eat meat due to religious or ethical reasons, this presents quite a large issue. Thank goodness I can at least pick the pork out of the bowl.
