Sea food Laksa had very few shrimp and hardly any other sea food. Pretty good overall but fried rice missed the salt
They stuff orders up. They don't answer there phone. Avoid this place, other noodlebox like stones corner get it right. I ordered a large Singapore noodles and got a satay with egg noodles? Like how was that caught not in quality checking.
Terrible experience. The owners really needs to act on these reviews and take them seriously. We took a 6 month break from this place after some really badly screwed up orders. Tonight we asked for the Egg Rice with chicken and the girl said ‘we don’t do egg rice. We explained we had had it there a lot and she rudely said ‘not anymore.’ We asked was there something similar and she said ‘no.’ So we asked for fried rice with no shrimp, extra egg and veges. After paying someone else came in and asked for japanese chicken and egg rice and she said sure thing! When my husband smiled and said ‘that’s what we were trying to order’ she said ‘how am I supposed to know that?’ and turned away. What a shame. New staff, same attitude. The rest of the metropol restaurants are great thankfully.
Dissapointing. Was really looking forward to noodles in a box. It arrived in a shallow plastic box. Satay was barely peanut flavoured. Very small amount of veg and meat and tiny serve for the price. This is nothing like Noodle Box. Don't know how it is still being sold this way.
On Dec 9 at 7:51PM Noodle Box - Carindale, QLDFri, I ordered *DBOX Pad Thai Chk. and it's was very salty, the Noodle wasn't well cooked and also it was sour I couldn't even eat it I have to throw it away.Honestly Noodle Box Team need to improve.
Ordered seafood combination, got 4 prawns,limited veges, rest was rice 3 quarters of the box was rice. For$18.00 discusting. Won't be ordering there again.
I often buy take away from here whether it's to eat after a busy day or go on a family picnic. They have a variety of choices. The portions are very generous. A small box can be eaten for 2 meals unless you skipped the previous meal so I put the leftovers in the fridge and eat 1-2 days later. The people working here are very kind, generous and fast. I would like it better if I could order on the phone as the menu on the ConceptAte app is not up to date and have different dishes to the store.
If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered on line, said ready in 10 minutes. Been waiting 40 minutes since I arrived and order still not ready. Only one guy cooking and he can't manage to cook more than one order at a time. Never come to this Noodle Box
Very rude staff & didn’t took order correctly gave me only noodles No tofu or vegetable No test it’s was blend & watery Owner needs to train staff with taking orders & customers services
Waited an 1hr and 30mins for it to be ready! My uber eats driver was waiting there twiddling thumbs. How ridiculous!!! Never again.
