First time trying this place. The food wasn’t very authentic but still delicious. Not enough wok flavour in the noodles. Service was some what good but atleast there’s food other than McDonald’s in this area.
Have been ordering here for years and its been great. However last few times food has been disgusting. Last night we had laksa absolutely flavourless the noodles were still hard the seafood smelt bad and had no flavour. The tofu was inedible. Absolute waste of money. Returned hoping would improve but certainly hasnt. Since review have contacted the email suggested by owner, however been 2 weeks and haven't had a response
Agreed with the stinky smell! I have ordered here a few times and each time is been disgusting. Yet I had delicious noodles from a servo the other day, the same chain? Unfortunately each time I eat from this store, it's gross. Really of-putting and leaves a foul taste. **Note to self go elsewhere!!
This noodle place is the most scrum scrum yumm yum place ive ever been GET THEE KWEY TAU ITS SO GOOD IM NOT EVEN JOKING yes its kinda expensive but girl its sooo filling. i will most defintly be coming back ! expect me coming in ever friday !!!! Quick Easy pickup, delicious #ticket 161# i have experience great food at Noodle Box Fulham Gardens, the pickup order is always on time & service is great. i ordered a few dishes before closing and as per their high expectations this time i felt it wasn't, however i phoned the next day to view my thoughts as " i know iv always had great food with the Fulham store. The staff member who i spoke to, was very pleasant while explaining myself, never interrupted me heard what i had to say. He gave me two options to re order or money back. Either option was much appreciated and it goes without any hesitation he gave great customer service to my satisfaction. I was refunded 24 hours and absolutely i would order again, it was just one of those nights, So i really want to highlight the outcome was 100%, and his customer service manner 100% thank you once again
Have been ordering from here for years. Food is great, but are noticeably only half filling the noodle boxes now. Have had to up the size we buy each time and still not full not at all how it used to be! Contacted the store, but didn't have an outcome or follow up. No value for money. Dissapointing!

My brother bought from here. Ordered 8 spring rolls got 4???? He said next time he'll check order before leaving. Food was good BUT don't diddle people on their orders money is tight!!!!!
Yuck yuck. Not a fresh food at all. Food Getting stinky smell. 1 star is more than enough. Do festival with that 1 star.
