Just brought fried rice cost over $20 and was terrible was rice peas and chicken that’s all it was no flavour at all I feel ripped off
We always order here and it’s usually fantastic but tonight It was so over cooked it was like it had been pre chewed and regurgitated into the tub, absolutely disgusting and went straight in the bin.
No chapstic or fork to eat food for take away? kidding me. Padtai noodle got chicken bad smell and seriously no flavour at all. No way! I waste $50.
Rip off service. They were already expensive and now they've put the prices up again without actually telling anyone. They're also a colourless bunch with zero friendliness...no one smiles and the cook's a sour looking git
I Placed an order over the phone for regular size meal and got told they do only small and large, my wife wasn't sure and said large. When I went to pick up the order I asked and he said they do regular, but he didn't want to change my order! "Edit": after few days I got contacted by noodlebox, they apologised and gave me an offer as a compensation. Thanks
Ordered a 'make your own' Prawn Nasi Goreng meal not mixed seafood, no other meat only prawns as protein, nothing else. The whole regular sized meal had 3 prawns in it for $18. When I made a complaint, they told me this is the Noddle Box standard, 3 prawns. I guess I should be happy now as they didn't make any mistake; they carefully counted the 3 prawns and then shamelessly explained to me why this was the right amount for a prawn meal.
Noodlebox displayed a 'buy one get one free' deal on their vegetarian spring rolls on UberEats. Decided to order one and take up the promotion. Details specifically said to order two and the first would be discounted. Receipt shows two orders for spring rolls, charged for one set but delivery only came with a single set. UberEats said that I was not charged for the second one. Wouldn't have ordered them in the first place if the promotion wasn't on.
I ordered my noodles with double meat chicken, beef and pork and all I got in return was a box filled with badly cooked noodles and about 5 pieces of meat. All I could taste was oil. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I don't know if this place had changed hands lately or not but it is terrible.
Food is hot, tasty and plentiful, however don't pay for extras, in the bowls because you won't get it.
Something has changed with how this is run recently. Food ordered using the make your own always has other random additions to it that were not requested. Not good for people with allergies who use the kiosk to ensure they get food they can eat. Slow service. There are other fast food options nearby to eat at.
