Ordered for my mum she loves fried rice, wanted to treat her for dinner as she is getting over cancer and has a taste for food now, this meal was disgusting, she said it was too salty and a waste of money, what a disappointment and I feel like I could of just went to McDonald’s and got nuggies instead. You people should be ashamed of yourself.
Usually a fan of Noodle Box Brookwater yet my last 2 purchases have been very very disappointed. Tried something new tonight and went the Cantonese garlic prawns large $22.95. Dear me, it was basically a very expensive box of noodles. A total of 7 not very large prawns, 2 minuscule pieces of broccoli and bok choy was lucky to be a few leaves. Considering the cost and large box order I expected a dozen prawns and a handful greens isn’t much to ask for. Seriously Noodle Box, not happy. My last purchase a few weeks prior I tried the Thai sticky pork belly - not as bad an experience as tonight but again, really underdone in pork and veges, and my bag of prawn crackers was stale. Please improve Noodle Box, feeling very let down.
We ordered via uber eats... They called to change an item I ordered as they ran out of it. We confirmed the new replacement item. After 30 minutes of waiting for the food... We got to know the simply cancelled the whole order! When I called to ask the reason they said they can't do anything about it.
Came in tonight to pick up a personal doordash order, the man working in the kitchen/ front area asked for the order, said it was a pickup order from door dash under name. He said show me the code, I said I don’t have a code here is the receipt and confirmation in an email, while also saying what the actual order was very specific order He scoffed and laughed a little saying that won’t work, sorry but that’s bit rude ? I can understand the importance of insuring correct orders go to correct delivery drivers or customers but repeatedly saying “i need to see the code” over me while I explain that it is a personal doordash pick up order these don’t give the customers codes Isn’t very customer service focused or respectful and polite to potential customers or delivery drivers… Would love to hear back ! doordash order placed on saturday the 7th of January around 8:20 :
Would have been okay despite not being able to actually HEAR the staff read my order back to me. Otherwise I would have realised the staff member selected the wrong noodles. Could have SWORN he read back Hokkien noodles but I guess mumbling so fast it sounds very similar to Ho Fun right? Now that mistake alone would have been fine IF the ho fun noodles weren't overcooked. Just one big sloppy mess of noodles is not appetising at all and I KNOW that is not the texture of authentic noodles. Lost my appetite entirely the experience was not a pleasant one. Even if it's partially my fault for having terrible hearing
So user -unfriendly,..Disorganised - Q Code freezes when i tried it from home - Try calling them goes straight to email. Order monitors move too quickly impossible to read ,I enjoy the food just always a drama for some reason ,, A shame the food is 'ok;..NOt sure if I will go back as it is frustrating watching the run around without direction ,
you people sell food..????… are you serious..??…. the food that we ordered, first they missed a meal, realised when we got home, had to drive all the way back, to pick up, not even sorry… !!…. and than, that food, man, man, even my dog won’t eat that, worse food I ever got from, like anywhere..!!…. we won’t go back there ever again, and you reading this, should consider before going there and waste you money.. !!…
By far the best meal I've had in a long time! I ordered 4 different meals and each one was next level delicious. The quality of the food is exceptional, and was great value for the price. I'd forgotten how much I love this place.
Extremely disappointed. I just bought Mongolian beef and I don’t understand why it’s spicey? It’s not supposed to be spicey. I’ve looked through the comments and someone also commented about the same issue. I was going to share it with my one and a half year old son for lunch but it’s way too spicey for him. And I could also taste and overly amount of aniseed Also, a regular Mongolian beef with extra beef is EIGHTEEN DOLLARS! That blew my mind when my partner told me. So expensive. This was the second time I’ve ordered from there, I thought I’d give them a second chance as last time I ordered beef and black beef but it was extremely salty. But it’s going to be my last time going there.
This is worst laksa ever I have tasted in my life.. it is definitely not Malaysian Laksa.. do you know how Malaysian laksa tastes like? talk the walk… it is not cheap either…
