Story

The Windmill is a quirky Cafe that serves, breakfasts, lunches, morning and afternoon teas daily. We not only cater for the main stream we also have a wide selection of gluten and dairy free options as well as vegetarian and vegan options. All meals are prepared fresh daily on the premises, by our talented chefs. We also have amazing coffee made by some of the best baristas in Bargara. Our coffee is made on filtered rain water and is second to none. We are also a gelateria which serves award winning gelato. Come on in and relax and enjoy the tranquil surrounds while trying our tantalizing menu items.

Decent feed with a nice atmosphere. We ordered mix of savoury and sweet.  The juice was delish! Total cost for two was around $50-$60.Food: 3/5

Wonderful lunch all round.Eggs bene with the salmon nearly covering the plate. Smoked mackerel omelette was just the right flavour mix,maybe needed a bit more sauce on the side....all day breakfast available too The juice drinks were a perfect mix of flavours and a nice size too.

Lovely venue and a must if you’re visiting the area. Located just a short walk around the corner to the beautiful beach esplanade.  Food was good, nothing amazing but served hot and fresh and a good serving.

Very friendly staff. Interior design is nice with local painters presenting their works on the walls of the establishment.  Was expecting a tad better in everything but staff - they were great, but i'm not prepared to pay extra for just staff. Exterior design might need a touch, water can be in jugs and offered by waiters, chicken was really dry. At the same time - eggs and waffles were good. Milkshake was rich. Will return

Super delicious brunch of Windmill Stack, Bacon and egg roll, Salmon eggs Benny and waffles. All yum and served super quick.

Without a doubt THE BEST brekkie I’ve ever had! Pumpkin, macadamia crumb, rocket, goats cheese… I added toast on the side which I felt it needed for the crunch… works with bacon too I stole a bit from my partners plate to try with it

Great breakfast spot in Bargara! Lovely sitting outside underneath the trees. It was very busy however, we were able to secure a seat within 5 minutes and food within 20 of sitting down. Food was brilliant and would recommend having the protein stack!

Absolutely delish  swapped the egg for mushrooms on the breakfast corn fritters dish, so good! Great setting, served quickly by friendly staff

Food and location just awesome. Portions very big. Drinks very special. Overall I think they could make a cleaner appearance, staff and location itself. That’s why I would only give it 4/5.

This place is great! The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths.the staff is also really friendly .it’s doesn’t matter what you order but I’m 100%sure your kids kids love that place and food
