Live nearby, so I almost always use the office for posting  parcels or for parcel collect. Seen some bad reviews, not sure what sort of issue other people faced but I personally have not had faced any issue with them and found them always friendly.

The worst post office I’ve been to in all of Perth. Rude staff.

I hate going to this post office, the staff are rude and miserable and have no sense of customer service. I am getting my parcels delivered to my workplace from now on to avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible customer service, run down old building, please ensure you are up to date on your Tetanus shots before entering.

The most wonderful person helped me solve a problem. I purchased the wrong prepaid satchel. She changed it immediately without question to a larger size and didn't even charge me extra. Such a superstar thank you. I didn't catch your name but u deserve a raise.

Lady at the counter was snappy I had a letter to picked up she looked up briefly and said "Someone else would have picked it up" and persued saying so ..... I had a very brief look at the back counter and I could see my Surname ...... she was not even apologitic
