Out of 4 visits over 18 months 3 times I had to take the vehicle back because the job wasn't done satisfactorily. Each return they tried to charge an additional significant amount for something that should have been adequately dealt with during the initial visit. Each time I had to prove that the fault was their responsibility and should have been covered in the original price.Services:&nbsp;Oil change

Have been bringing my cars here since we moved into the area three or so years ago.  Always clear communication on work that needs to happen and how much is going to cost.

Needed to get wheel alignment done. Came to the shop at agreed time but was told to come 2 hours later. The job was eventually done but one operation was forgotten.

Great service from Makayla in reception and a great job from robo explained everything well and did a struthin good job on my wheel alignment would highly recommend for people to go hereService:&nbsp;Wheel alignment

If there where more stars I would give them took in my highly modified landcruiser that no other business could get a wheel aliment right apart from Noel's robbo is a wizard at what he dose couldent recommend moreService:&nbsp;Wheel alignment

Customer service and overall service was excellent. Got a flat tyre a night before i called and they replaced it the next morning within half an hour.

Went for new tyres and wheel alignment. Wheel alignment was not done properly and car was pulling to the right . Came back and sooke to the mechanic and he said something is wrong with the backend . Took it to bridgestone again for wheel alignment and they did it correctly and car is running well with no pull in straight line.  Not a good experience with alignment and wasted $65 for nothing.

Sent a web enquiry from the website about a product and have received nothing back since 4 days ago. No point in having a contact us portal if it doesn't work. UPDATE. Eventually got a call and Noels were very helpful.
