James was amazing, charming and very helpful with my Laptop purchase. Nick then did the setup for me, his patience and knowledge of all things tech that he was happy to share and teach were much appreciated and enjoyed. Thankyou so much ,I highly recommend Noel Leeming Nelson.
Lucas in particular has been a massive asset at this store, super helpful and honest. Wish more retail staff had this guy's work ethic
I fully understand that this might be a one off, however I think it needs to be said.nService team, 3 of them, is not enough to cover the store, 4 people waiting to be served, I had been waiting the longest and when a team member came free, instead of asking for who was waiting the longest, they kept on serving the person in front of them, I guess that the people jumping the queue are just as guilty, however, good staff should know better, I walked out after 3 people were served before me. They need 1 point in front of the counter for people to wait for service.
Ma brought a Breville coffee machine early last week. A saleswoman in mufti clothing with blonde hair was quite helpful helping ma choose a machine and one that was on sale too! So saved a few bucks!nBrightly lit store, plenty of displays to look at
Excellent customer service, felt like a very valued customer. The staff gave us a lot of helpful time, were all super helpful, knowledgeable, and found us the right products based upon our requirements. Would highly recommend this store in Nelson. Thanks!
