I recently rented a property through Noel Jones Balwyn. Looking for a Rental property and securing one in a specific area was unnerving and was not an experience I looked forward to, but I was fortunate that I had the opportunity to work with Noel Jones team who treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the journey.  Since then, Laura has responded to my queries efficiently and in a timely manner and she has done a great job liaising with the landlord and coordinating with service provided. Twenty three years ago in 1999, I proudly purchased my home in Balwyn with the help of Noel Jones Balwyn office. When it came time to sell in 2022 I approached Noel Jones seeking an appraisal thinking that I would be ready to sell in several months time. After a visit by Tim and Jerry I was given a property appraisal and then only a few days later they contacted me to ask if I was interested in an off market sale as they had an interested buyer. Several inspections later and with the guidance and advice of both Tim and Jerry I was able to agree a mutually acceptable price with the prospective buyer and the deal was finalised. All up from start to finish took about 7 days and I could not be happier. Thanks again to Jerry and Tim and all the Team at Noel Jones Balwyn Office.
