Had a lovely experience at Nodo Newstead! The café has such a nice, relaxed vibe and the service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was the wait - it took around 30 minutes for our food to arrive.nnThe pork hock was really delicious and definitely the highlight for me. The sweet potato fries were also so good - crispy, flavourful and honestly hard to stop eating!nnI also tried the matcha coconut water, but unfortunately it wasn’t really for me. I was expecting more of a refreshing coconut flavour, but it didn’t taste much like coconut to me and had an aftertaste that felt a little off.nnOverall, the food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was good. I’d definitely come back to try some of their other dishes!
Tried Nodo for our early morning dog-walk coffee and snack. Over the past few months our weekly project has been to try a different cafe each week, a lot of choice in the New Farm/ Teneriffe/ Newstead area. Very impressive selection of donuts donuts with benefits, also other baked pastries including brownies and banana bread. Very friendly service with nice coffee. With a dog we chose outside footpath seating under the shop awning. Large inside area for those looking for more protection from the elements. The donuts were tempting, ended up taking a couple of travellers for later. On display DIY baking mixes to give it go yourself.
The food was good and we enjoyed our meal. However, the customer service could definitely be improved.nnThe young man who served us our food came across as quite rude and snobbish. He served our drinks without much interaction or warmth, which unfortunately made us feel unwelcome.nnOn the other hand, the young girl who served us afterwards was absolutely lovely. She has a great attitude, friendly, attentive and genuinely made our experience better. She is definitely an asset to your business and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.
Nodo is very good. They have so many delicious food and donuts. And the banana milkshake is spot on. Delicious

They always go above and beyond every time we come in.nnThe kitchen staff led by Chef Reuben and Exec Chef Rocco, always make our food perfect - cooked to perfection every time, it's well presented, and soooo gloriously yummy. Excellence all around!nnThe variety of food options, ambience and the location of Nodo Newstead are fabulous too.nnWe always feel like part of the Nodo family when we dine in at the Nodo Newstead location.nnAbsolutely fantastic customer service and stunning presentation of it all.nnIf you're craving really yummy gluten free food - look no further- Nodo is the place to be!nnI highly recommend this place and their products.nnThank you Nodo Newstead for always making our experiences extra special - it absolutely makes our day every time! xxx
