We had a blueberry lemon & a native custard apple donut & a coffee. The donuts were a cake consistency, but gluggy. Coffee was ok, but small serving sizes $6+ for a large. Quite noisy inside seating. Staff were pleasant.

I was really excited to try Nodo, but unfortunately the experience was a major disappointment.nOur coffees were extremely watered down, mine looked more like a cup of milk than a latte. While the service itself was fine, the food was where things really went wrong.nThere were four of us, and we ordered:n2x ham, cheese & tomato toastiesn1x poached eggsn1x eggs BenedictnThe toasties were barely toasted, the cheese tasted off, and the amount of ham was excessive to the point that it was dripping a clear liquid. None of us could finish them. The poached eggs were served on what was easily the hardest piece of toast I’ve ever been given, and could have been mistaken for a block of birdseed, it was also impossible to cut into.nOverall, it was a very disappointing experience. I genuinely hope the owners review the menu quality and kitchen consistency, because this visit unfortunately put me off returning to the café
Came to a donut shop but didn’t feel like having donuts that day, so I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was really good. The staff were super friendly. Will come back to try the donuts next time.
It was my first time trying Nodo so I opted for their October special - the Bavarian pie donut. I was skeptical about gluten free donuts at first but this was delicious. The donut itself was surprisingly moist and was dipped in a layer of smooth and decadent milk chocolate, which was balanced perfectly by the light and airy mousse. The biscuit crumb on top added a nice texture to the dish as well. The place also had a lovely clean and modern ambiance and I will definitely be back to try all their other flavours.
