Really disappointed with these jeans. Bought two pairs in the same size and cut, but a different colour. I’ve had them for about 3 months and both pairs are wrecked. The blue denim have stretched so badly I need to wear a belt, and the black denim has weird stretch lines in the fabric and the zipper is broken. Not good quality and not worth the money.
I found your brand via a recommendation from another ethical retailer. I was impressed by the detailed advice provided by your team on webchat and then I received excellent service from two staff in the retail store. Your staff showed great knowledge about fabrics, styles and sizing and your brand actually recognises the needs of short/petite customers. Thanks for the patient and helpful service during a very busy time in-store.
Just bought my first pair of jeans from Nobody Denim and love them! I had to return my first order since the size wasn't exactly right and customer service was very quick to respond. Definitely will be looking to buy another pair from them. Quality seems good and the fit is amazing I typically find it difficult to find skinny jeans that are tight enough around my legs.
Sizing is all over the place and can't even exchange sale items for a different size. You need to fix the measurement chart on your website as going by those sizes I clearly don't fit the two jeans I spent $300 on. Not worth it.
Unfortunately, my dealings with Nobody Denim has been nothing short of a waste...of my time! Tried to contact their Concept store directly...no response, nothing! Attempted to contact them via their 'Pop In' store...same result. All I wanted was to do a little research prior to spending 'a wallet full of money' with them but after such disappointingly poor customer service on their part...I'll move on. Wonder why we don't buy local???
Wish i could give less stars. Don't buy online from these guys at all. Terrible customer service. Terrible exchange process. Terrible return process. Sad to be shaming an Aussie owned business but they need to change. Honestly beware to all customers.
I visited here today to try on jeans which I haven't done in a long time, so needed to try a few. It was no issue at all! I was very happy with my purchases and felt very comfortable in the store. Will return!
As a lover and addict of jeans, i finally bought a pair and I am now onto my third pair. The softest comfiest pair of jeans. Quality is fantastic and worth the money!!! Love NOBODY!!!!
Worst quality. Both back pockets ripped on the first wear. These retail for $220 per pair. Thank god I was able to get a full refund through glue store. An expensive mistake .
The best denim that I have ever worn. Good quality and lengthen my legs. I love it. Best customer service. Will definitely purchase another denims.
