Great for people watching. Great for photography. Enjoyed watching the coal ships coming into the harbour. 10/10 would walk again.

First time in Newcastle,  and we just loved it... the area brings you far inside the sea and is such a pleasant place to walk along when the weather is fine... walk distance from the beach to refresh after this walk! :-

A great relaxing walk surrounded by the lovely Newcastle ocean swell. Great place to go for a Decent lot of exercise. There's always a possibility that your thoughts will get scrambled by the waves splashing you on some days.

Beautiful walk, great ocean, city views... Fishing hot spot.... Famous surfing location on both sides of the Breakwall, depending on swell size... Have you ever surfed the Harbour?

Great now they have finally fixed the road. Good for night walkes and happy snaps

Lovely spot to be at anytime of the day! It can however get a little breezy and chilly so make sure to bring something warm if you have plans to hang out and listen to the ocean. Otherwise a great little walk and definitely worth the trip!

This place defines Newcastle in a way. With the hunter river on one side and the ocean on the other side it captures the essence of Newcastle like no other place does . One of the best hangouts in newCastle that offers the most scenic of views !
