If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Staff are so unwelcoming, it was like I was harassing her just by trying to pay to get in. She was more interested in her phone than wanting to take my money. Place needs a good scrub. The floor was sticky and ugh. Pieces of equipment are held together with tape. Prices aren't advertised so who knows how much things are supposed to be. Found an open safety pin in the area where kids were crawling around. Will not be back. *shudder*
Our family absolutely love it here, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to make it a great time. Our 20 month year old son has heaps of things to play with and they serve affordable food that can keep us all fuelled for the fun. I highly recommend it.
This place is run down. Lacks atmosphere, safety and cleanliness. There was broken equipment lying around and equipment tapped together. Floors and equipment werent very clean. I wouldn't recommend this place, price to get in was a bit steep too and didnt find staff friendly, more interested in their phones then service.
NEVER AGAIN! Run down, dirty, broken tapped up play equipment. Unprofessional staff constantly on their phones! Ordered coffee but was told the manager had gone to get milk as they'd run out... So they'd be a wait. Toilets were filthy with no toilet paper, no hand soap, no hand paper towels and hand dryer didn't work! Complained to staff who apologised but were very complacent in their attitude . Lacked atmosphere. Staff talking amongst themselves about other staff and not noticing the cleaning etc that needed attention, instead sitting in chairs playing with their hair and playing with their phones. Extremely disappointed.
Used to be a great place to go, but now new owners have taken over. Price has now doubled for twins. The place used to be spotless and this is sadly no longer the case. Won't return.
Door was closed with no signs. Waited there for 30min before another family came and we went together to another nearest play area. Wife had a girl's only lunch and me and my son wanted to go to a play area. Tried to call the play center but no answer or message. Very disappointed.
Great experience, it very nice place for kids and nice food and coffee. Children were soo happy very clean and inviting.
I like to take my kids there as the staff are trustworthy, I can depend on them even if I need to park my car or I need help with the kids.
the equipment is a bit old and worn and it's quite small but the kids enjoyed the party nevertheless.
Kids love it. The place is clean and staff are great with the kids.
