Angela works magic, she is amazing. Every time I come for an appointment I always leave feeling so relieved each time. I came in yesterday and could not even tilt my head either side due to pain and tightness, but after the end of our session it was as if it was never there to begin with. Highly recommend her, and all the staff are very friendly too. Wouldn't go anywhere else .

I've used no more knots in the past and they were fantastic. It was a place I recommended people to as they sorted me out so well. Going this time the experience was completely different and the therapist didn't provide any relief to the tight spot. It was a shame as I was looking forward to the excellent therapy I had received before.

I regularly see Marita for targeted and maintenance massage. Her skills, in addition to her caring and professional approach, provide me with instant relief from aches and pains from regular physical training, hyper-mobility, and tension headaches. On occasions when Marita had been unavailable, I have see a number of other No More Knots practitioners who are equally skilled and caring. 5 stars!

Brilliant remedial back massage by Angela. Highly recommend her for sports injuries or back strain or just for a general relaxation massage.  Very professional and courteous. Also demonstrated some great stretches to help as well.  The clinic itself is clean and very presentable with lovely reception staff as well.

My husband was referred to this place from a work colleague - we have tried a few remedial massages and random Thai massage places, admittedly I make him the guinea pig for the new places. The welcome from Maggie was pleasant and she was very informative. Jamie's knowledge and rapport was lovely, don't under estimate her, she is a very strong masseuse. Definitely worth the return.

Based on all the glowing reviews, I decided to give NMK Newmarket a go & booked in to see Jamie. Got a lucky cancellation spot on the same day! Jamie was fantastic. She took the time to access my posture & mobility, explained to me the impacts of my movements. She constantly checked in with me during the massage to see if I was happy with the pressure applied. We had a lovely conversation. What impressed me the most was when Jamie suggested that I see Mark her colleague at NMK Newmarket after finding out that I prefer "tougher" treatments/massages. She even went to reception & got them to write down Marks' work days for me. This shows that she cares about her client & their wellbeing / happiness more than just retaining another client. Well done Jamie! Looking forward to my next visit! :

After finding no real success in seeing other massage therapists.. I booked myself in to see Phil and No More Knots in Newmarket and for the first time in months I had a good night's sleep with no back pain.  So often do you book in for "remedial" massages and the therapist just does a routine and doesn't address the core reason as to why you are there.  Phil listened to what I wanted from my remedial massage and set about doing it.  Very pleased and would happily recommend him to my clients.
