I was more than pleased with my massage experience at No More Knots. I had a remedial massage from Anne and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! She was incredibly amazing, very skilled and gave deep firm massage as requested. Reception team were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

Anne went above and beyond and took the time to find out what I needed worked on. She then addressed them one by one in the treatment and was very knowledgeable at her craft. Her friendly and helpful attitude made the entire experience great for me. It was one of the best remedial massages I have received. Highly recommend both Anne and this clinic.

Anne is remarkable! I had a remedial massage for my chronic back pain and neck issues and I left feeling amazing. During the session, Anne was very attentive to my comfort and how much pressure I needed. Will definitely book with her again.

After many MANY massages, physio, acupuncture etc to sort out the knots and stiffness in my neck and back from carrying my 14month old, and without feeling any better after these previous therapy visits, I thought it was a good time to see No More Knots! I checked the reviews and saw lots of good ones about Anne at NMK Greenslopes. I can, hand on heart, absolutely vouch that Anne was amazing! She was kind, professional, friendly and I literally walked out of there feeling like I was walking ‘wonky’ because I was in fact walking straight again! She gave me a few easy exercises to do at home which are quick and effective. 2 days later and I still feel wonderful. Thank you Anne!! Shout out to Nathan! Seen that man a few times. My shoulder has been in pain and ive had  headaches. This man helped out both. Great for a chat if while he gets them knots. If you dont want a chat you can have a nap... if you can. Definitely worth the price and cheaper with private health. Staff are friendly and always helpful.

Anne’s skills are next level!! In the past, I have been a regular client of hers at the previous location, so when she informed me she is now working at NMK Greenslopes, I immediately scheduled an appointment with her and drove one hour to meet with her. Her professionalism allows me to always trust that I will leave the massage feeling wonderful and that all my aches and pains will have been alleviated. Highly recommend Anne.

Dan is an amazing massage therapist! He applies the right amount of pressure every time. He explains how my muscles work and gives me strength exercises to help my body cope.

While this place provides good remedial massages, they are unreliable and unprofessional.  Turned up for the massage that I had pre-booked in this morning. I was told the therapist Yudi was running late due to road works. I waited 15 mins. I was then told my session was being cancelled as the therapist would be another 15mins 30 mins late in total.  I said that was fine and I would wait. But I was told that was not an option. As the therapist was late and had back to back appointments, my session would be cancelled. I asked why the other clients couldn't be called and have their appointments pushed back 30 minutes - I was told this was too difficult. I then offered another solution - could someone else later in the day be called to be rescheduled since they hadn't travelled to the clinic yet land waited like I had done - that also was rejected as a solution as it was too hard and just easier for my session to be cancelled.  I understand things happen and people run late although I live in the same suburb and we have had notice of the roadworks for some time and so I left early to be on time. But the inability of the front desk and therapist to respond to the situation is unacceptable. I proposed a number of solutions that would be a more reasonable outcome, all of which was rejected. The solution I was offered was an appointment on a week day when I had booked in on the weekend because I can't do week days as I work.  As patients we are charged a cancellation fee when we don't show up even if it is due to extaunating circumstances, which I have no issue with. But there appears to be no remedy for a customer where the therapist doesn't show up and their time and money is wasted.  Whilst the massage is good here, I will not be returning. I know others that have had similar issues with reliability and the inability of the front desk to be professional.

I saw Paul because I had a blocked neck and I was in a lot of pain. I walked out feeling so much better. Definitely recommend him!

Great place with wonderful staff with excellent service and talented people who have their customers best interests at heart. Your health needs are always important and well managed and I'm happy every time I have been for a session. I am a long-term client who recommends using this business for a once off or regular treatment they cater for all.
