No D-Lay Dry Cleaners in my opinion are the best Dry Cleaners iv ever used & the best in Sydney. We travel all the way from the Eastern Suburbs to use them. I can always trust them with my delicate designer items. Iv had many dry cleaners destroy my clothes in the past. I was referred to No D-Lay via a store I purchase at. While I acknowledge the customer service at this dry cleaners could be improved, I must say that this is the only dry cleaners in Sydney I trust with any jackets with canvassing in them.  This dry cleaners is the only one I am aware of in Sydney that rolls jacket lapels. This traditional dry cleaning practice means the lapels in your half canvassed or fully canvassed sports or suit jackets from MJ Bale or SuitSupply, etc will not be left with flattened lapels after a dry clean. Instead they will be beautifully curved after the cleaner has handrolled the lapels.  I am very grateful such a dry cleaners is around!

If I could have given a zero I would have. The women at the reception are Pitt Bull terriers, menopausal nightmares, so rude!! I asked to have my gowns pressed to pick up lunchtime Thursday as I was leaving Sydney promptly at 2pm. They weren't ready. I had to take them without the service, they had had the garments for 3 days but still hadn't got them done. No apology, just yelled at me and handed back the garments. I asked if they could at least put them in a plastic sheet and the old rude woman said '''well did they come in one?' I said "yes, they certainly did" to which the indian girl who had taken my order and was just as rude, said 'No she didn't" . The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Will definitely not be back and warn others to stay away. These two should be sacked immediately.

Would not recommend.  Staff were extremely rude, and the quote I received in store was more than $150 over what I had been told it would cost on the phone, and I described the dress and stains in detail.  An attempt to lure customers in and then price hike them in my opinion. Use Jeeves in Lindfield for wedding dress dry cleaning. Prices are very reasonable, and the staff were lovely.

Had to get some last minute dry cleaning of suits for a wedding. Great service, fantastic staff; nothing was too much for them. Saved the day!!!

These guys are one of the best dry cleaners in Sydney. They are used by many of Sydney's top mens wear shops to have their newly arrived shipments from Europe pressed.
