This is the 2nd time I've used No Birds in Bayswater and I am very happy with the service. They have nice, new and clean cars. Thais was very lovely and helpful and made the process very easy for me. I definitely recommend No Birds Bayswater.
We are extremely disappointed with our experience, as the rental car we trusted from your company broke down due to a flat battery. We are in town for an important basketball tournament and relied on this vehicle to get us there on time. As a result of the breakdown, we were delayed and ultimately had to arrange an Uber at our own expense to make it to the tournament. We have video evidence clearly showing that no lights or accessories were left on, and the issue was not caused by our misuse of the vehicle. It is simply a shame that after paying a significant amount for this rental, we were not provided with a vehicle that worked appropriately and was reliable for its intended purpose. Given the inconvenience, disruption to our tournament schedule, and additional costs incurred, we tried to ask for compensation which was not provided.
Picked up many cars from here over the years. Great service, great hire car options and friendly & helpful staff. Would highly recommend Bayswater No Birds.
Friendly staff! Car was clean when collected and in good condition. In fact, they're as good as a brand new car. We have a toddler with us and a child seat was also rented. They are really clean cos we are quite particular with the cleanliness of the child seat. Thank you for the pleasant service and product!!
