Our waitress don’t know her name but she’s worked there a while is always lovely and friendly. The chap who mans the till and shows people to their seats always seems a tad apprehensive about something and isn’t as friendly. Food has never let us down. Wonderful food and a nice glace of wine. Friendly and helpful staff.
Wow the decor is amazing and the food is very scrumptious and the coffee is the best in Dunedin. If you visit Dunedin Dunedin don't miss out on visiting No 7 Balmac.
We had excellent food and good service. The range of choices was interesting. The staff were courteous and pleasant. This made our evening a very pleasant one. Creative, delicious interesting food and excellent service. My party of foodies from Wellington were bowled over. highly recommend
We enjoyed the whole afternoon here immersing in the cozy ambiance. Sunshine filtered through the window pane behind me, time was so slow at that time. We ordered comfort food followed by an affogato as a sweet touch. Staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back to try some more on the menu. Highly recommended.
This place has great food, drinks & coffee. The staff is something else, something you really appreciate when dining out. They looked like they loved their work. They worked that room with smiles, enthusiasm and confidence. A great dining experience all round.
A must dining experience. The wait staff were amazing. We had two vegetarian dishes and two non. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Definitely recommend and returning.
Very cramped. Food is great if you like sitting on someone else's lap. Wow sardines in a tin.....
Lovely steak. Attended for a function with set menu, opted for the steak which was lovely, would have appreciated something more than additional salad as the sharing side plates for the tables, our waitress was lovely, bit overcrowded on the table but overall a lovely dinner! thought desserts were expensive so didn't indulge.
