I was drawn in by the very unique prints, but I ended up buying multiple dresses because they were so incredibly flattering and comfortable. The friendly and talented owners design everything themselves and all items are made in small runs so you know you're getting something very unique and local to Melbourne in every way.
I highly recommend the NMBQ reusable cloth face masks. Great, snug fit.
Very poor customer service. I ordered a mask prior to them being mandatory and received it almost a month later. It isn't even the colour I ordered. My queries were deleted from their facebook page and my email was not responded to. I understand delays happen, but there's no excuse for the lack of communication. The mask while well made is quite suffocating compared to my other reusable masks, likely due to the synthetic TNT layer. Might be okay for going shopping in, but not walking or exercising. It cost $42.50 delivered $12.50 for express post. One month is not fast delivery.
scammers! ordered masks in July, still haven't received anything and no response to calls, txt or email. we've paid in full. basically we've been lied to and robbed. disgraceful business.
