I purchased an item for a friend and turned out, she didn't like it and size is wrong. I returned to the shop in City Cross to ask for return or exchange but the lady who was the cashier refused to refund or exchange. She pointed to the sign which is located at the back of the cashier where you can't see it and also pointed to the receipt where she said it was indicated. Well you have paid for the item so doesn't make sense if its in the receipt. She insisted that she told me that no refund and no exchange but SHE DIDN'T. She insisted as if i'm lying. Really disappointed with this shop. No consideration!

NK FASHIONS West Lakes - Purchased a top last week and turns out sizing was wrong.  Took it back to West Lakes store and they refused to exchange it. The receipt states they do not refund or exchange if change of mind. I did not want a refund just a change in sizing. The sales assistant stated she had told me at the time of purchase there is no exchange on the item NO sorry this was not stated. thanks for Nothing........I might have a $15 top I can't wear but you have a customer that will not spend another cent in any of your stores.  You do the sums!

I went to the arndale store around a week ago. I was in a rush and needed find a top to wear to wear that day so I went there dead on 9am as this is when they werent meant to open. I sat outside the store for 45min while one of the workers sat outside the roller door but didnt actually open it up. So at 10am I finally got into the store. 1 hour after opening time. This was abosutely appalling but I was desperate so I went in anyways and sucked it up. When I got in the store there was no apology, I had to actually ask them if it was open before I stepped in. The two girls then proceeded to talk in their own language and laugh and talk to each other across the store. I then waited at the desk to buy my items for around 5min then to be served by a lady who was still talking to her co worker while I was trying to talk to her about the item of clothing, I got completely ignored. I actually cannot believe how bad this experience was and ive NEVER come into such a rude store. I never write reviews but I could not let this one slip. I would advise you to go to tea tree plaza or west lakes instead. Disgusting.

I went to a store in tea tree plaza first time. It was a bad experience for me and my friends. The customer service is very bad. Not going back to Nk fashions for sure.

Clothes are overpriced for the horrible quality. Customer service is appalling and plain rude. Do not recommend
