Worst service I have had. Not only did they charge $200 more than other reputable companies but they screwed my engine completely. I had a perfectly working engine prior to a standard service but now I have a hull and need to replace the engine after their team screwed it.

Waste of time. Enquired about a motor and am still waiting for a call back a month later?!!!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I had a terrible experience with Nitro. Worst sales experience I have ever had, lied to me many times I lost count.

I rang for advise on my Merc 150 4 stroke. 18 month old motor. Wanted to know what the blue wire with black stripe is. Its part of the fuel sender and paddle wheel harness but is just cut off and not connected. The service man could not be bothered to go and ask someone for me. Said go to the dealer I purchased from, they will help you(they were closed). That kind of attitude tells me that this place only looks after you if you purchased from them otherwise piss off and go elsewhere, well I will. So much for being Qld #1 dealer.
