Nimbin Bakery

Great place to come in for a range of pies, cakes, and coffees. Coffee blend is bottero which is a nice local roaster. Also has friendly and prompt service.

Perfect place in Nimbin for a little hungryness, a lot of typical pastries, large choice ! For example I took a spinach and pastry roll and the spinach taste was very present, good quality of cheese. A good taste for the handmade foodporns. Chapeau

Nimbin Bakery, what can I say? Simply the best bakery I've ever come across. Admittedly I've been coming here since I was a little kid and it's changed hands a few times, but it's currently run by a local lad who grew up in the area. The pies are superb and the sweets are perfect. The apple pie crusts are crisp and not too dry. You can't really go wrong. It's worth coming to Nimbin just for the bakery.
