3 months into a $250 pair of shoes Nike Air Zoom Vomero 16 and they just fall apart. I have been trying to get this resolved with the store for over a month now. Buy here at your own warning, the shoes are not holding up and there is no customer service at all.
After speaking to several customer service reps and different store in Melbourne I was absolutely stunned with the poor customer service I was receiving until I contacted the chapel st store and spoke to Lou. He was clear with his communication and had great product knowledge. He was able to resolve my query within minutes! Nike needs to hire more staff like Lou!
Great service and honestly just good advice with fitting shoes. Much better than the corporate stuff all the other stores and brands spit out. Get some good shoes at Nike Chappel st.

Went in looking for AirMax 90’s. Very little Range. What I was willing to settle for the plain white ones they hadn’t any in my size only a size to large and the Ones with the colours that I dislike the most they only had in a half size to small. Unimpressive, customer service was 3 1/2 out of 5 when asked where I might be able to find other colour variations of the airmax90s I wasn’t able to get much information to point me in the right direction
If only there was a ZERO star option. Staff were rude, obnoxious and utterly dismissive. I’ll happily take the $250 I was going to spend at Nike to any other store. What a disgrace.
The staff here are really friendly and welcoming even the security guy on the door was great. The person i was served by was really knowledgable and while they didnt have the items i wanted, provided with me with alternatives which i ended up buying. Great experience all round.
