The guy on the upstairs just ignored me when I said hi to him, lol. I was turned away by his rudeness and disrespect. However, the gentleman on the ground floor was very friendly and supportive, I got a pair of excellent shoes thanks to his help.
I have bought a soccer ball for trainings. Next day I’ve noticed that the ball began to deflate. I returned to the store and asked to change the ball it was about one week later. And a manager said it is ok and just inflated the ball with a pump. And of course it doesn’t help and now I have a ball to inflate every day.
Credit to the team and Nike in Rundle Mall, they were very busy on Boxing Day but a young man still took the time to help me out with my size for a gift. I returned 2 days after and the young girl at the counter helped me out with an exchange. Customer service at its finest during such a busy period. Well done Nike!
I bought a bag this morning on 10/04/2023 Easter Monday and liked a product They gave me fake one made in china Then i needed to go back return it and get the original made from Indonesia Be sure you check the tag before leaving store the one you liked and got are from same place
Had really great service today by a young guy, didn't catch his name but he had braces, is still in school and was into real estate he was very helpful and super knowledgeable on all of the products I asked about. Thanks!

Staff were rude and on edge, on Boxing Day during the surge of customers they didn’t handle themselves well and one young employee flipped out on a family and was very embarrassing. The young employee and other employees around him were very impolite and were all very unprofessional. I don’t recommend comming here anyway because it is overpriced and other competitors stores like JD sports or rebels are better.
Just wanted to say how helpful, polite and lovely your staff are. The young man with braces who assisted me was very helpful and polite. He was very patient as I was unsure of my size. Very glad I went there as other stores have been very unhelpful recently. But you managed to find me what I needed so I came away happy
