A smaller store for an Outlet yet the layout inside this store allows you to move around in the store without congestion. If you like to go to the Nike Outlet to find the discounts and leave, this is the place. There’s a section along the back wall left of entrance where every shoe is 50% off, which is great. For the women’s clothes on discount racks there’s about 2 or 3 big circular racks beyond the checkout counters on the right side of the store with 50% off deals. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful. I would go back if the store was bigger
We purchased shoes here ant the DFO Birkenhead Point and we had the best experience with the male staff member Shaun. He was very helpful and spent so much time with us, as our son has difficult feet. Shaun did everything he could to find my son the best shoes for his feet. Shaun was very patient and kind and very understanding of our son’s needs.nWe highly recommend Shaun and he is definitely a huge asset to that store and company.

Customer Service at Nike Birkenhead point was fabulous. Many staff to find to assist you during the Black Friday Week Sale. Also, TASH's customer service at the counter yesterday was outstanding. Her relatable nature and great personality made the experience of shopping at a busy time very pleasant. Well Done TASH! Thankyou
I would give -5 stars if I could! My partner went there today to exchange some shorts we bought on Monday, December 23rd. The result was that, from a $700 receipt, the person scanning the products apparently forgot to scan one pair of shorts.nNow she’s being held there at this exact moment as I am writing for 40 minutes because, according to their protocol, they need to check the cameras. I will repeat, 40 minutes for $17.00 shorts that were not on the receipt among 15 other items, because the salesperson apparently did not scan them.nI wish I had been there myself to speak directly to the manager so this would not happen again to someone else, especially to a woman, because that is probably easier for them. You should be ashamed, and whoever employed you should know that your common sense is below zero or that you need complete retraining.
