Bottom Line: Don’t order from Nike online Very excited about my first order on Nike AU online – great products, great price. Credit card gets charged, yet order doesn’t leave international point of origin for a week. Get notification finally the order is cancelled, with no reason other than it was “pending in the system”. After email apologies but no further explanation, I am invited to order again – but this time prices have gone up by as much 20%. Apparently apologies don’t include discount codes. Not cool, Nike, Just Don’t Do It.
What is going on with your shoes . I brought a Nike 270 they not even a year old and there's a hole in the top of the shoe.so disappointed with the quality of your products.i have been waring Nike shoes for years since I was 13-14 and just started playing netball and have always been a loyal customer. I'll never buy another pair of Nike's again or until you sort out your way of making your product better quality. Get it together Nike
Really disappointed with my recent shopping experience online from Australia. Bought a pair of shoes for my son online. A week later the wrong shoes turned up the box had the right style code but the shoes inside were a different style code. Contacted nike.com and was told I have to return them and re-purchase. Not happy that I had to pay for a second pair before my first ones refunded but didn't want my son to miss out. A week later, second pair arrives and their wrong again again right box, wrong shoes. So I contact nike.com again. They are apologetic but tell me I must return and re-purchase. They will speak to their warehouse to ensure it doesn't happen again. So I buy my 3rd pair and still have not been refunded for the other two although I have now and they arrive WRONG again. Same issue. Box has the right style code, shoes inside are wrong. What on earth? So I contact Nike AGAIN. They say I need to email the warehouse and they give me an email address. I email the warehouse and they tell me I have to contact Nike.com directly. OMG! So I ring Nike AGAIN and the person I spoke to was very apologetic and explains that he's escalating my issue to the supervisor. The supervisor is currently busy but will email me within an hour....that was 48 hours ago and I haven't received anything yes I've checked my Junk folder, Seriously Nike. Come on. Is someone going to send me the right shoes? Or even speak to me???????????????
I will NEVER AGAIN order from your website. I ordered a pair of sneakers on August 8, and guess what, after calling your hotline and waiting forever, I was advised that the order has not left your warehouse. On AUGUST 28! And you dare to charge the shipping fee? Should have gone to Amazon or eBay! Terrible service for such a big brand!
Plz don't buy the Nike Joyride ...worst shoes ever. Whole sole worn out within 6 months and when asked for replacement. Their coordinator told " This is normal wear and tear, they are much loved"
Refused to replace faulty shoes. I've had some good NIKEs before, but the last pair I bought turned out to be faulty after a few months of light wear. NIKE refused to replace, fix or refund them. This is illegal and I will be following up with Australian Consumer Affairs. A $200 shoe should last more than a few months.
the official nike website, allows you to customise shoes, when you complete the customisation and add to bag, it never works, just does nothing, feels like deceptive advertising, When you contact customer support they just say thanks for letting us know, it will be fixed soon, never works though.
This is a staff / friends of staff store and not open to the general public. It is a bit hit and miss - sometimes they have a great range and great stock - but other times it is impossible to find any sizing or range. As you need a staff pass to enter - you can't really see what they have in stock and what range is available prior. There is also no customer service as expected being a staff store.
First 10mins was the worst customer service, on arrival into the store we were 'greeted' by a girl stood by the counter doing nothing, no hello but starring with dirty look on her face, she was rude, had the worst attitude, if you don't want to help people then don't work in retail! However our experience was saved, hence the 4 stars, by a guy named Madit, best service ever, he went above and beyond anything I've experienced when shopping at a retail store
Only had these nike air for a month and the right bubble deflated, rang the Australia Nike, there is only one person answering the call her name if it’s real is Ru, she lied that she was in melbourne when I asked what the time was she couldn’t answer me, also couldn’t understand her accent even though had a American voice recording they are in Indonesia, these shoes were a gift, so I had no receipt no exchange then All my life I was Nike person never again even the Nike manger in Chadstone said it’s because they make them in Asia no quality control last year I bought TN the top had split and bottom of the sole cracked, shame on you Nike you can keep my money but will not buy from you again : will post YouTube videos of them and Australian Consumer Affair too
