I used to come here every day before work and on lunch break, but it seems all old staff is gone and replaced by new staff that are rude and dont know anything about the store. Lines used to go fast in lunch hour but now staff service is so slow. I notice other customer get impatient as staff keep making mistake. Ive seen twice or three times the staff give wrong change to customer in line before me. Store needs more training or bring back old staff. 7/11 will get my business from today

I give up. 7/11 has better deals and is right across the road in two directions. Staff are hopeless except for the Chinese morning guy and that’s about it. It takes the other staff 5 mins to find 1 packet of cigarettes.

It's called "Night Owl" yet it's closed of a night time...?! This store would have a higher rating if it was open 24/7. Aside from that tho store is always clean, staff are always friendly, better then 7/11 I think anyway.

New owners have taken over, hours of operation are now: MONDAY-SUNDAY: 5AM-12AM
