Super convenient location! Lots of food near by and it’s close to the beach or wharf.nBeds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Really enjoyed our stay of two nights. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.nThe aircons were a little dirty and need a good clean.nWould stay again!
Not enough staff to service clients. Rooms good. Bar service so great. Great staff, just not enough staff.
Loved our stay, so much we booked an extra night. All the staff at reception were warm and welcoming. The cleaners were lovely, rooms were in good condition with milk, water, coffee station topped up every day. Located right next to everything you need. Only issue was the door going to the balcony was tough to open but that's an easy fix.nhanks so much to all the staff :
The hotel was decent, although there were some issues with the room. The shower was quite low, resulting in my friend having to squat to wash her hair easier. There were also a few dirty spots that seemed to be missed. The restaurant was quite expensive, there was a 10% discount being a guest and a free drink although the price was ultimately not worth it. The door was quite unsettling as it took a bit too close and could easily be opened if not closed properly. The only other security measure, being the door stopper, stopped nothing. The do not disturb sign was also ripped, comprising our privacy. There was not any allocated parking for guests, and you had to park in the areas that were shared by people shopping. Also, there wasn't any hair dryer in the room, and you had to request it, which is a bit odd and inconvient. When we walked into the room, there was an awful smell, which was mildew. There were weird stains on the carpet that grossed us out. Also, there was a big pile of laundry or linen that was sitting in the same spot outside for our stay and probably weeks. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.
Had to stay up coast after hospital stay and this allowed my partner to go to the pub and have a drink or have a sleep while waiting for me . Close to everything. Room was lovely and clean , you could get food from pub delivered to your room food was great and reasonable price , reception staff were lovely . Price was very reasonable considering still school holidays and was very quiet . A definite return .
