Staff were amazing Andrew the staff at the bistros were outstanding foe me and my son. It was no hassle having my 9yr old in who wanted to watch the football. Would highly recommend. Rooms so clean and easily accessible.
Superb service and great food, excellent attentive staff makes all the difference and the Price.. unbeatable for what you will get. This will be our go to on the coast.
Kinda expected a basic hotel service, but it is a self-service kind of format, so no receptionist at all.nnCleaning of rooms in this place is simply a replacement of towels and toilet rolls, not changing of sheets or vaccuming of the floors during your stay.nnNot the worst hotel we have experience, but for the money paid, service was not up to par.nnThe beds were sinking so not great for your back as well.nnThere is a free drink coupon given upon check-in that one can redeem at the restaurant beside the hotel.nnThere is a lottery spot right at the restaurant, hence i wouldn't say it is exactly family friendly if you are not comfortable with it, like us.nnKind of out of the central area but nearby theme parks, so you got to pick your battles on where you want to be near to if you choose this hotel.
The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Such a nice experience! The rooms were clean and nice. Definitely recommend
From the moment we arrived the staff were so pleasant from the lovely lady checking us in to the cleaning staff on the way out. We were missing a door handle on the bathroom door but it didn’t impact our stay too much. Bed super comfy, complimentary water bottles, lovely big bathroom and great value for money.
