If I could give zero stars I would. I went and viewed a property in December. I advised to the estate agent I wouldn’t be ready to move until after Christmas, they advised the owner needed someone in urgent . I said to the agent I will move in only if the repairs that need to be done will be done. 2 weeks after moving in they serve us with a intent to sell notice. Promised us dw it will be an investor… hahahah yeh right. Says the email notice telling me to move out. There’s no smoke alarm, taps leak, stove top doesn’t work, grill is broken, no working lights in bathroom and no working aircon in bedroom, a broken security gate, no blinds in the bedroom and a broken mailbox. I am paying $600 pw for a house that’s not working. I have gone to operations manager who got the me a new agent to deal with because Charlene couldn’t give me the time of day and reply to my emails or call me back. I now have Michael who is a nice enough guy but he has come into me now waiting 3 months for repairs THAT STILL HAVENT EVEN STARTED. I have lodged a complaint with ncat and will take this as far as it needs to go because this is wrong Edited update - 22/2/23 going tribunal 2nd of March - carol seems to think me posting public reviews will impact their business and I should remove my bad review. hinder you in anyway I just think future tenants should be made aware.

Hands down to Vanja for providing exceptional service in buying our first home. From the initial moment of conversation he has guided us thoroughly about the process and genuinely helped us. Despite his busy schedule, he organised off hour inspections on our request. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
The experience I had as a tenant under Nidus Group Rooty Hill does not deserve a single star. They are extremely difficult to get in contact with. If you're unfortunate enough to have them as your agency be sure to never call and only send emails keep a paper trail, so you may actually get responses. In my case there were issues with water leaks and mould, as well as a few other maintenance issues. Nidus Groups' approach is to continually send out contractors to make "quotes" each time you follow up on the issue. After the fifth time I went to fair trading, the issues were resolved immediately. Save yourself all the trouble myself and other have had and avoid.
This is our first ever experience of being a tenant in Australia. I would like to express my gratitude towards Nidus Group especially Miss Shoba who was so corporative and friendly. I will consider Nidus Group for further services in the future.
My initial first impression of Nidus was the warm welcome from Khurram and Lina. The local industry knowledge, passion, drive and ambition of Nidus is truly amazing! Khurram dedicates a lot of his time and patience imparting his knowledge to train new agents coming into the industry, which is something I am truly passionate about. If you’re looking to sell, t you’d be a fool to go with anyone else!!!!
