I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding childcare service provided at your center.nnOur daughter has graduated now, Jacinta and her team are fantastic!nnThe care and attention that your team offers to the children are truly commendable. I have seen firsthand how dedicated and nurturing the staff are, creating a safe and enriching environment for the little ones. It gives me great peace of mind knowing that my child is in such capable hands.
They say it takes a village and I'm happy to say that the care and support from the Donvale Nido team is most certainly part of ours. It is as much family. Both our children attend and we love seeing them thrive in the inspiring environment created and the extensive and engaging programming. But more importantly, the care provided is nurturing. I've also seen the team navigate challenges with ease and with the utmost care and consideration for the children. Super team.
Great centre, wonderful staff and awesome facilities! Our children were cared for and supported in every way during their time at NIDO Donvale, from the time they were babies in nursery room right up to our eldest in the Kinder program. It was tough to say goodbye to such a beautiful community. Highly recommend!
Our two children both attend/ed Nido since 2020 and we have seen the incredible transformation of the centre with the new Director starting in late 2022. The director is always present on the floor and helping out and constantly communicating with families. She also holds a number of fun events across the year to entertain the children and involves the parents too.nnOur youngest currently attends the nursery room and the educators are attentive to all needs. They have a great eye for attention to detail, organise many play activities throughout the week and individualise the play as well. We are extremely happy.nnOur eldest attended up to pre Kinder and loved it. The educator in the class was attentive and nurturing. Our child still talks about the educators even after having left the centre. The educators at nido donvale build a strong relationship with the children that continues on even if they have left the centre or changed rooms.nnThe outdoor space for all rooms are huge and there are plenty of resources to keep the children entertained outdoors.nnThe chef is also lovely and greets everyone every morning and extremely pleasant with the children. The children absolutely adore her.
Incredible management, staff and their care for children is wonderful . I would say this is the best service I have ever experienced. I am very happy that I chose this centre for my daughter and my daughter just loves to be there everyday. I would highly recommend this service for your little ones.
