I  have been going there for many years with my parents and for myself, Sam was always very thorough and caring with my parents and left no stone unturned. Yes the waits can be lengthy but that's life.

I haven't been here in 25years because I was misdiagnosed by an Indian male dr, bloody useless fool.
Now instead of being treated with tablets I had to have a life changing operation/s and daily medications due to complications from the operations.
Hopefully they have a new Doctor now

Dr Zag and his staff are great - nice people, you don't feel uncomfortable coming in and very knowledgable.

I guess my review is a tad biased, I have been a patient at NMC now for well over 20 years now.  I am now living 200kms away, but I will always come back.  Dr Zagarella and his staff are very caring, and always greet you with a smile.  Dr Zagarella is a one in a million GP, who takes the time to ask questions and is genuinely concerned for your wellbeing.  I believe like anything in life, you get what you pay for, hence the reason why I'll always be back.  And to the naysayers, you can still claim your fee through Medicare.
