Story

Nic & Kolo is an Award Winning cafe in Applecross, showcasing specialty coffee and fresh WA produce through a contemporary and approachable Australian menu. The locally designed interior incorporates a warm palette of soft oak timbers and concrete, offset by bold blue accents and brass detailing. The overall feel is light and spacious, offering a sophisticated ambiance that attracts those seeking a relaxed cafe destination. We are open 7 days a week, early until late with a seating capacity of 120.

Nic & Kolo is proud to be the 2017 winner of 2 Gold Plate Awards – the highest Hospitality Industry Awards program in Western Australia
Open since May 2016, Nic & Kolo won the Gold Plate Breakfast award and the Gold Plate Licensed Café – Metro and Regional award.
Nic & Kolo also won the highly sought after Gold Plate Premiers Award for best meeting the judging criteria and attaining the highest judging score overall

My absolute favourite cafe in the area. Great selection of healthy food that you won't see anywhere else. Some of the dishes are quite unusual, but they are fantastic.
This was such a 5 star place its crazy.....I had such a lovely and wonderful time there....their food was exquisite and their service was not too bad aswell.... Very well managed establishment. I like it!
Very hip n happening place to watch the world go by, the day went well with a bottle of bubbles, loved the chicken salad and the dumplings.
Y12 'pres' - what a wonderful time was had by all, parents and students alike. Nic and Kolo hosted my daughter and all her friends in their finery, along with parents and family for their pre-ball party. The food and drinks were awesome and the venue was lovely. Will definitely be going back.
Food here is AMAZING! Really great menu, only downside was the staff seemed a bit all over the place and you needed to get their attention for anything to happen. Other than that, highly recommend.
Excellent place to have breakfast. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. The cinnamon pancakes are must. Beautiful place.
Only had time for a coffee this evening but the food looked and smelt fantastic. Cool vibe with lots of locals coming into dine. Will be back for a meal as the coffee was great and the staff really friendly!
