To separate visits with two different outcomes. First visit was an after hours callout on a saturday. The NHP Rep Dean was very helpful and informative and worked out a solution to the problem. He meet me out on site to supply the goods within an hour of calling. Be warned of the substantial call out fee that you will be charged Second visit via the trade desk on the monday. The staff were friendly , but the trade desk was very busy. Unfortunately it took 2.5 hours to get the replacement part I need due to process and paperwork. The trade area only has a couple of seats, the water cooler had no cups and it seemed like they were running behind schedule for all the delivery drivers that turned up
