Terrible. The food was awful, dumplings still frozen inside, Awful service, rude staff. Except for a young girl who looked like she was about to cry the entire time we were there, she was sweet and trying her best. $60 for 3 of the worst dishes I've ever had.
Lovely fried squid. Also a decent stir fry flat noodle and beef with XO. They also do an amazing and legit fried rice.
Three of us came for dinner. Simple dishes were ordered,but only 2 came out. The third person was completely forgotten about,so had to settle for take away. Unacceptable behaviour by the staff on a quiet Friday evening. Wasn't very busy at all. Food that came was mediocre.
Foods are consistently tasty. The 60+ yo waiter gentleman never made mistakes. There are almost no street parking spotsFood: 4/5
Called to reserve a table and the staff member on the other side confirmed. Got to the restaurant and they had no tables reserved under our name. We showed them evidence that we had called before hand to reserve a table but there was nothing they could do, including apologise for the confusion. Very rude.
Take away service was below par. Left waiting in restaurant for 45minutes while take away left at counter. Unfriendly old guy for a waiter. Not recommended.
The food is good and authentic. The service is ok. Interesting nights when the owners will have a karaoke night. Always fun to watch.
Combination pho/noodle,I have ordered many times throughout Australia,it is a typical dish name printed on your menu ,how come your staff did not understand this name and asked me ‘do you speak English?’One pho and one lychee drink cost me $20,it was different with the menu’s price .Totally dodgy
I'm sorry, I hate writing bad reviews, but I hate going somewhere that's highly reviewed and being disappointed or straight out lied to even more. We waited more than half an hour to be served after seating, then almost an hour to get our first dish, then another half hour for the next, my son's spring rolls never came, two fried rices were still coming after we had finished what was edible of our meals, so we cancelled them, Food was old, cold and not really what we ordered, when I asked them to fix it we were treated very rudely, and even charged for the stuff we didn't get like the rices and the spring rolls. I would be embarrassed and humiliated if I owned that business. Sorry but best avoid at all possible costs.
Best place in town for com xuong, my go to! The sizing is very generous, can never finish one to myself.
