Shocking service. Sent a 1.7kg parcel after using a bag owner recommended. Was very surprised at how much it cost but paid anyway. Didn't realize until next day that I had been charged for a 10.7kg item. When I went back was told I couldn't get a refund because the bag I used was a 10-15kg weight bag so computer automatically charged me for 10kg. Owner did not tell me this when he recommended the bag. Was over charged by $26.

The owner of this post office apparently don't know how to tread customers. His machine for the car lables was not working one day and I already paid. I came back another day and he charged $4,10 because I didn't came back the same day.
