The gym is massive with a huge array of equipment. Picture a ten pin bowling alley without lanes just filled with machines and you'll get the picture of a massive gym. Was a bit to warm in there, it was 36 outside. So sweated out heaps. Staff are helpful and friendly

Asked for the 7 days for 70 dollars told no because I'm local so I said can I have a casual session told no I have to join. How ridiculous why wouldn't you look after your locals
Great staff, friendly and always happy to help makes for a fantastic training environment. Up to date facilities and an extensive range of different classes. 24hr access for members and staffed more extensively than any of the other 24hr gyms in town, also one of the cheapest and best value memberships around. Classes included and will take you through each time you have a new program done up. Flexible and cater to a variety of training styles.
Highly recommend this gym. Went in for a casual visits as I was travelling for work. Staff on both occasions were incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful. Super clean and modern equipment, awesome gym etiquette amongst trainers. Nothing bad to say about this place and I'll definitely be back when I'm in town!

A great, friendly gym. Luke and his team go above and beyond to make you welcome, and will go above and beyond to help you achieve any fitness goals. A great range of equipment and classes, and trainers who know your name in a day. Top gym.
This is a well appointed and organised gym run by some really great people. You'll like the well kept equipment, and the access to an outdoor area if you're into functional fitness like CrossFit. It has good opening hours seven days a week so there's no excuse for skipping the session when you could be training!
